Founded by visionary, Patrick Wai, who comes from years of experience in the international design field, and Executive Chef Justin Chan, a Hong Kong-born chef, with global experience rooted in his regional Asian Heritage, which includes Chinese, Laotian and Portuguese ancestry. He borrows cooking methods from his childhood and from his travels around the world, with pioneering results.

As Gurume Gyarari stands for Gourmet Gallery, our concept is to deliver an intensified moment of unique dining experience through complex interactions of Art, Design, Leisure and Gourmet.
Designs of dishes were carefully thought-out by Patrick Wai, using his architectural point of view to further re-define the concept of NAKED.
